Instructor Listing Agreement

Last updated September 8, 2026

Listing in the Street Medicine instructor directory is free and voluntary. By maintaining a listing you agree to the following. This text is a working draft and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

1. Current certification

You must hold a current Street Medicine Instructor certification. Listings are removed automatically when a certification lapses and are restored on recertification.

2. Accuracy

Everything on your profile must be true and current — your name, credentials, business, service area, and what you offer. You may not claim a credential or an offering you do not hold.

3. Independence

You are an independent instructor, not an employee or agent of Trilogy Emergency Medical Solutions. You set your own pricing and terms and are responsible for your own insurance, licensing, taxes and business compliance.

4. Responding to students

Leads sent through this site are students trying to get trained. Respond within three business days or decline, so we can route them elsewhere. Repeated non-response is grounds for removal.

5. Use of marks

You may identify yourself as a certified Street Medicine Instructor and use the materials Trilogy provides. You may not alter Trilogy or C-TECC marks, or present yourself as certifying other instructors.

6. Curriculum integrity

Deliver the provider course as written, to the C-TECC guidelines. Do not add unsanctioned techniques or represent added content as part of the certification.

7. Removal

Trilogy may remove a listing for lapsed certification, inaccurate claims, non-response to students, or conduct that damages the program. You may remove your own listing at any time.
